At Pro Shoppers BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Verification at Delivery
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery rider before accepting it. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any other issue, you may return it directly to the rider on the spot, and a refund or replacement will be provided after verification.

Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the product) are generally not accepted. If you still wish to return such a product, the return delivery charge will be your responsibility, and the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Reporting a Problem After Delivery
If you discover a defect after the rider has left, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 09643375555 with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned once delivered and accepted:

Products marked as final sale or clearance
Personal care and hygiene items that have been opened or used
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

Refund Process
Once a returned or rejected item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days, either as a refund to your original payment method (if paid in advance) or via bKash/Nagad transfer, as applicable.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at 09643375555.

Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days
Sub-Dhaka (Gazipur/Savar): 1–3 days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 days

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions or courier delays, which are beyond our control.
